Professional experience :
After completing her law degrees she was hired in 1995 by International SOS Assistance as in house counsel.
In 1999, she held the position of Associate Legal Counsel in charge of Europe for one the divisions of Avnet Inc. (UK) before joining the start up Novium Plc in 2003 as head of the legal department.
From 2006 to 2013 she held various roles in the legal department of Merck Serono including IT Senior Legal Counsel and Data Protection Officer and IT Senior Legal Counsel.
Since 2013 she has been Senior Legal Counsel with Cabinet Mayor.
She joined Budin Associés in 2020.
